Biography:
Jason Dzubow served as a law clerk to the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit in Philadelphia, PA and worked as a law clerk through the Attorney General’s Honors Program at the United States Department of Justice where he was awarded an Outstanding Performance Award. He worked as a trial attorney for two litigation law firms in Washington, DC: Sherman, Meehan, Curtin & Ain and Bode & Grenier. He also worked as an immigration attorney for Catholic Community Services in New Jersey. Mr. Dzubow currently specializes in litigation and immigration law. He has litigated cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as immigration courts and the Board of Immigration Appeals. He has published legal articles in the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal, the Hispanic Law Journal, and the Temple University Journal of Political and Civil Rights, and has been interviewed for radio and television, as well as several newspapers, including the New York Times.
